Dr Nerina Ramlakhan PhD is a physiologist, sleep and energy expert. Her work, both with individuals and organisations is dedicated to helping people create greater balance, vitality, meaning and peace. Nerina has written several articles for BeingEve which you will find in the Sleep Well section of the site providing techniques to combat sleep issues.

Dr Louise Newson

Dr Louise Newson BSc(Hons) MBChB(Hons) MRCP FRGP, is a GP and menopause specialist and has an Advanced Menopause Specialist certificate with FSRH and the BMS. Louise feels passionately about improving education about menopause and improving awareness of safe prescribing of HRT to healthcare professionals. She has written many articles and editorials and in 2019 launched her first book, Menopause Manual with Haynes Publishing, is reviewed in our Book Reviews section.
