Me & My Menopausal Vagina – Jane Lewis
Living with Vaginal Atrophy. ‘Me & My Menopausal Vagina’ candidly explains Jane’s own experience of Vaginal Atrophy – a condition caused by a reduction in oestrogen. Jane believes that education is key to breaking down the taboo of this rarely discussed menopause symptom and hopes to lead the way in helping other women with vaginal atrophy to talk about their experience and seek the right support and treatments needed. Written in collaboration with her daughter, Jane has tackled this taboo subject in a unique and refreshing way. Me & My Menopausal Vagina goes into detail about the impact on her life and how she manages day to day. The book is very informative and written with light humour and great honesty. BeingEve highly recommends.
