Hormone balancing smoothie recipe
This delicious, hormone balancing smoothie recipe is packed full of B-vitamins, iron and magnesium and will help stabalise your blood sugar levels. It’s the perfect recipe to start the day.
Makes 2 servings
Fill your blender half full with spinach leaves. Then add in the following ingredients:
- A palm full of chick peas
- A palm full of fresh or frozen fruit – strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp flaxseed
- 1/2 scoop of a good quality, preferably Vegan protein powder (optional)
- Unsweetened Almond Milk filled to the MAX Line
Blend for about 30 seconds and serve. You can put half in the fridge for the next day and it tastes equally as good. Enjoy!
