Is my payment secure?
Payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers. All payment processing is done either externally by Paypal – read more here, or by our credit and debit card processor, Stripe, read more here.

What is the recommended time to stay on the Four Pillar Lifestyle Plan?
The plan has been designed as a holistic approach to managing menopause symptoms which requires making lifestyle changes based on all the four pillars. You can decide how and when you want to implement the strategies we offer – so you are working at your own pace in a way that suits you and you are totally in control. Most people start to see the benefit within 2-3 months, others much quicker but it really is designed to be implemented long term to be come part of your everyday living.

Who are the experts that have developed the Four Pillar Lifestyle Plan?
BeingEve has partnered with a range of experts in their individual fields who have used their years of experience to develop the plans and techniques included in the Four Pillar Lifestyle Plan. These include:

Sleep Well – Dr Nerina Ramlakhan PhD – a physiologist, sleep and energy expert, author of Tired and Wired and Fast Asleep, Wide Awake. Her work has been featured in leading national press titles in the UK, she has appeared on GMTV, CNN and SKY News and ITV’s This Morning show teaching the nation how to sleep peacefully.

Eat Well – Lisa Kerridge MSc – a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist having studied under leading UK nutritionist and teacher Linda Lazarides, founder of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy (BANT) in 1997 at the School of Modern Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) and The General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies (GRCCT). She is currently studying for a PhD in Naturopathic Medicine.

Get Moving – Emily Gilliland – a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in exercise for women going through the menopause and older adults.

Feel Good – Alison Fuller (MARR, MAR, Dip.I.Pch, CHFP, CHBP, FBM. GHR Reg) – a hypnotherapist and reflexologist specialising in treating women for hormonal imbalances.

Feel Good – Magnus Wood – a Life Coach with over 20 years’ experience helping people make positive changes in both their personal and professional lives.

Feel Good – Jo Price – a registered Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga for over 10 years.

Feel Good – Karen John – a qualified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years.

What are Reset Challenges?
The Four Reset Challenges are designed to help you reset your mind and body during a limited time period and is the first step to help you form new habits which will benefit you long-term. With support from us via email, you’ll be guided throughout the duration of the challenge and given additional information, tips, recipes and advice. It’s up to you whether or not you do all the challenges but the Everyday Living Plans will be more effective if you do.

What are the Everyday Living Plans?
The Four Everyday Living Plans are designed to be followed over longer periods of time and will help alleviate your symptoms and positively impact the way you feel. Once you have learnt the techniques within the plan you should try to make them habitual and part of your ongoing daily routine to get the maximum long-term benefits.

Can I get support from the experts and other women if I sign up?
When you buy the plan, you will get immediate access to our Facebook Group the BeingEve Lifestyle Community. You can ask questions, share information and interact with our experts and other members at any time.

How do I view the video content?
All the yoga, fitness and sleep videos are hosted by Vimeo which allows you to stream the videos on your mobile, desktop or tablet in full screen, pause and continue at your leisure.
