In this series, Releasing Anxiety Through the Breath, Hormonal Therapist and Hypnotherapist, Alison Fuller has created two recordings focusing on the breath to help you deal with anxiety and reach a state of inner calmness.

We recommend you start with ‘Recording 1’ – a longer, 24 minute recording which releases you into a deep state of relaxation to help reduce anxiety and can be used both during the day or before you go to sleep at night. Then when you need a quick fix during the day – the 10 minute ‘Recording 2’ will work as a top up and allow you to reach a state of calmness more quickly.
